Software QA Engineer ( Salesforce Sales Cloud)

Job Summary

QA Engineer with 6 years of experience in Salesforce testing (manual automation) responsible for ensuring high-quality releases through robust test design execution and automation. The role combines strong functional expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud with modern automation practices and AI-assisted testing to improve speed coverage and defect detection. Works closely with Product Engineering and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Job Requirements

• 6 years of QA experience with strong focus on Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud)
• Hands-on experience in manual automation testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and QA best practices
• Experience in automation tools: Selenium / Playwright / Opkey
• Programming knowledge in Java / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with test frameworks: TestNG JUnit PyTest Mocha/Jest
• Good knowledge of SQL and data validation
• Experience with CI/CD pipelinesand Git
• Exposure to IICS API testing and system integrations (SFDC CPQ ERP)
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT/Copilot) for testing optimization
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans test cases and test scenariosfor Salesforce applications
• Perform end-to-end manual testing: functional regression UI exploratory and cross-browser
• Validate Salesforce configurations workflows SPIFF logic and integrations
• Build and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts (UI API)
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelinesand improve coverage & reliability
• Use AI toolsto generate test cases optimize scripts and accelerate defect analysis
• Perform data validation and integration testingacross systems (SFDC CPQ ERP)
• Log track and manage defects using Jira/Azure DevOps
• Collaborate in Agile ceremoniesand provide release sign-off with QA metrics & risks
