Role CAM Senior NX TDM Vericut Experience 9 to 12 years Job Overview We are looking for an experienced CAM Expert with deep hands on expertise in Siemens NX CAM TDM Systems Tool Data Management and Vericut to support and further develop CAM and tool management solutions in a production oriented industrial environment The role acts as a technical authority between manufacturing engineering and IT ensuring stable operations optimized CAM processes and standardized tool data across systems and sites Key Responsibilities Act as CAM Application Expert for Siemens NX CAM TDM Systems and Vericut Analyze optimize and troubleshoot toolpaths postprocessors simulations and tool libraries Lead and execute CAM related projects including implementations upgrades and process harmonization initiatives Collaborate closely with manufacturing process engineering tool management IT and machine shops Provide 2nd and 3rd level application support in production related environments Ensure stable integrations between CAM TDM CNC machines MES and PLM systems Define maintain and enforce CAM standards templates tool catalogs and best practices Coordinate and manage external partners and vendors e g Siemens TDM Systems CGTech Create technical documentation work instructions and conduct user trainings Required Skills Expert Level 9 12 years of professional experience in CAM related roles within manufacturing environments Expert level knowledge of Siemens NX CAM TDM Systems Tool Data Management and Vericut Strong ability to analyze optimize and troubleshoot toolpaths postprocessor behavior simulations and tool libraries TDM Systems administration integration installation configuration database structures tool lifecycle management tool catalogs 3D tool models classification standards and naming conventions Experience integrating TDM with NX CAM CNC machines and MES PLM environments Solid understanding of machining technologies milling turning multi axis machining and manufacturing constraints Ability to translate manufacturing requirements into CAM configurations and tool data structures Strong experience delivering 2nd and 3rd level application support including structured root cause analysis Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident problem management processes Proven experience managing CAM related projects including stakeholder management and milestone planning Knowledge of PLM ERP integrations e g Teamcenter SAP related to CAM and tool data Experience with SQL databases for analysis and troubleshooting Excellent communication coordination and problem solving skills particularly at the interface of IT and manufacturing Must Have Expert knowledge of TDM Macro Language scripting and customization mandatory requirement Strong analytical mindset and ownership for CAM applications and processes Nice to Have Experience with automation and scripting e g NX Open VB Python Automation of CAM templates tool data handling or simulation workflows Experience with global CAM standardization or harmonization initiatives Documentation Collaboration Strong ability to create process descriptions work instructions and user guides Experience conducting user trainings and onboarding for CAM and TDM tools Comfortable working in international and cross functional teams spanning IT engineering and production
