Qualification
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Experience
- 4–8 years of HR experience in EPC Infrastructure Power Transmission & Distribution Renewable Energy Construction or Manufacturing.
- Prior experience handling project/site HR activities is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate manpower requirements with project teams.
- Source and mobilize staff engineers supervisors and workmen.
- Conduct joining formalities and induction.
- Ensure timely documentation and employee onboarding.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Manage attendance leave transfers confirmations and separations.
- Handle employee queries and HR documentation.
3. Payroll & Time Office
- Verify attendance and timesheets.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the corporate HR/payroll team.
- Monitor overtime leave records and statutory deductions.
4. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with:
- Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
- Building & Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act
- EPF & ESIC
- Minimum Wages Act
- Payment of Wages Act
- Labour Welfare regulations
- Coordinate labour license renewals and statutory inspections.
5. Contractor Workforce Management
- Monitor contractor manpower deployment.
- Verify contractor attendance and wage payments.
- Ensure statutory compliance by contractors.
- Maintain contractor documentation and audits.
6. Industrial Relations (IR)
- Maintain harmonious employee and labour relations.
- Resolve grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Coordinate with local authorities when required.
- Support union and labour-related matters.
7. HR Operations
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Organize welfare initiatives and celebrations.
- Coordinate performance management activities.
- Support learning and development initiatives.
8. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly HR MIS.
- Maintain manpower reports.
- Track recruitment status attrition absenteeism and productivity.
- Submit reports to corporate HR and project management.
9. Compliance & Audits
- Ensure HR process compliance.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain HR documentation as per company standards.

Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites across India is essential.
