Job Description:
The ServiceNow Integration & ITSM Specialist is responsible for designing implementing and supporting ServiceNow integrations ITSM CMDB and IT Asset Management capabilities. The role requires strong expertise in thirdparty integrations CMDB data sources ITSM modules and ServiceNow best practices with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in integrating thirdparty applications with ServiceNow using native platform capabilities
• Handson experience with REST and SOAP APIs MID Server-based integrations and JDBC data sources
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with Monitoring tools Automation platforms and SIEM systems
• Working knowledge of IntegrationHub for scalable and maintainable integrations
• Strong understanding of CMDB integrations with multiple data sources such as Discovery and SCCM
• Strong experience in Service Catalog design Service Portal configuration and request fulfillment

ServiceNow Integrations

• Design develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and thirdparty applications using native ServiceNow integration capabilities.
• Implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs MID Server-based integrations and JDBC data sources.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise platforms such as Monitoring tools Automation platforms and SIEM systems.
• Leverage IntegrationHub for scalable and maintainable integrations.

CMDB & Data Management

• Ensure data accuracy reconciliation and normalization across integrated CMDB sources.
• Support Configuration Management best practices aligned with enterprise standards.

Development & Automation

• Handson experience with Workflow Editor and Flow Designer.
• Strong proficiency in clientside scripting (UI policies client scripts) and serverside scripting (Business Rules Script Includes).
• Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

IT Asset & Configuration Management:

• Provide implementation support and ongoing management of IT Asset Management (HAM/SAM) and Configuration Management in ServiceNow.
• Align asset and CI data to ensure consistency between Asset Management and CMDB.

Professional & Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of working effectively with business partners and technical teams.
• Strong understanding and application of ServiceNow best practices and awareness of latest platform features and upgrades.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models.

ITSM & Platform Capabilities

• Extensive handson experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules
• Design and configure Service Catalog items approvals and fulfillment workflows.
• Develop and maintain Service Portal configurations catalog UX and dynamic forms.

Good-To-Have:

• Working experience or exposure to ServiceNow modules such as: SPM CSM ITOM HRSD SAM CMDB Performance Analytics (PA) UI Builder Now Assist
• Prior experience with ServiceNow Discovery implementations.
• Knowledge of Service Graph Connectors and modern CMDB onboarding approaches.
• Understanding of ITIL framework and concepts.
• Knowledge of CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and its relationship with CMDB.
