Job Description:

Design develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow CSM platform.
Configure CSM modules workflows case management portals and integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Troubleshoot issues perform enhancements and ensure platform performance and stability.
Follow ServiceNow best practices governance and security standards.
