Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AIOps Lead to drive the implementation optimization and support of AI-driven IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management Health Log Analytics (HLA) Predictive AIOps CMDB Discovery Service Mapping and automation frameworks.

The candidate will lead architecture discussions mentor teams collaborate with stakeholders and deliver scalable AIOps solutions integrated with enterprise monitoring tools and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of ServiceNow AIOps / ITOM solutions.
• Design and implement:
  • Event Management
  • Predictive AIOps
  • Health Log Analytics (HLA)
  • Service Mapping
  • Discovery
  • CMDB Optimization
• Configure alert correlation noise reduction anomaly detection and intelligent remediation workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring tools such as:
  • Splunk
  • Dynatrace
  • SolarWinds
  • AppDynamics
  • LogicMonitor
  • Nagios
  • SCOM
• Develop automation workflows using:
  • Flow Designer
  • IntegrationHub
  • Orchestration
  • REST/SOAP APIs
• Ensure CMDB health governance and data accuracy.
• Work closely with infrastructure cloud DevOps and operations teams.
• Provide technical leadership code reviews and best practices guidance.
• Support production incidents root cause analysis and performance tuning.
• Participate in client workshops solution design estimations and architecture discussions.
• Drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • ServiceNow ITOM
  • AIOps
  • Event Management
  • Discovery
  • Service Mapping
  • CMDB
  • Health Log Analytics (HLA)
• Experience with Predictive Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities in ServiceNow.
• Good understanding of Service Graph Connector Framework.

Technical Skills

• JavaScript Glide APIs Business Rules Script Includes
• REST/SOAP integrations
• MID Server configuration and troubleshooting
• Workflow automation and orchestration
• Experience with cloud platforms:
  • AWS
  • Azure
  • GCP
• Understanding of DevOps and SRE practices.

Monitoring & Observability Tools

Experience integrating with tools like:

• Splunk
• Dynatrace
• AppDynamics

• Grafana
• Prometheus
