Job Summary
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate Mechanical Electrical Plumbing and Fire Fighting works for high-rise residential projects. The role requires strong technical expertise contractor coordination project monitoring and the ability to ensure timely and quality completion of MEP activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate Mechanical Electrical Plumbing and Fire Fighting works across assigned projects.
- Ensure all MEP activities are executed as per approved drawings specifications quality standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate with consultants contractors vendors and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress identify site challenges and implement timely solutions.
- Review and verify contractor measurements billing BOQs and project documentation.
- Support testing commissioning handover activities and closure of project observations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards quality requirements and statutory regulations.

Education
- Diploma / B.E. / in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- 810 years of relevant MEP experience
- Experience in high-rise residential projects
- Experience with builder/developer organizations
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Electrical Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems
- Experience in testing commissioning and handover activities
- Exposure to STP WTP utility services and related infrastructure
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications
- Contractor and consultant coordination
