Education: B.E./ in Mechanical Polymer Production or Plastics Engineering

Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Experience in automotive or precision plastics manufacturing is preferred

Salary: 10 LPA

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to develop and improve injection moulding processes to achieve quality productivity and cost targets. The role involves supporting new product launches solving production issues improving processes and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize injection moulding processes.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and mould trials.
- Troubleshoot moulding defects and improve production efficiency.
- Reduce scrap improve cycle time and increase OEE.
- bPrepare process documents such as PFMEA Control Plans SOPs and validation reports.
- Lead continuous improvement activities using Lean Kaizen and Six Sigma.
- Support PPAP APQP audits and customer requirements.
- Work closely with Production Quality Tool Room Maintenance and Planning teams.
- Train operators and technicians on process standards.
- Follow EHS ISO IATF 16949 and 5S requirements.

Requirements:
- Good knowledge of scientific moulding process validation PPAP PFMEA and root cause analysis.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing Kaizen and OEE improvement.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Creo ERP systems (SAP/QAD/Oracle) and MS Office.
