Job Summary
Position: Senior Mechanical Product Development Engineer / Lead Engineer
Location: Cochin
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Min 6 Years of Experience with Power Connectors or Related Electromechanical Products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including injection molding stamping plating molding and assembly. (mandatory)
2. Solid understanding of mechanics of materials. (mandatory)
3. Strong knowledge of DFM and DFA
4. Experience in designing latching mechanisms sealing mechanisms and plastic injection molded parts
5. Experience with PLM systems (Windchill)
6. Experience in product testing validation processes and qualification protocols
