We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate should have strong sourcing screening and coordination skills with the ability to hire candidates for multiple roles efficiently. Telugu language proficiency is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals social media and references
- Conduct telephonic screening and interview coordination
- Hire candidates for sales operations and support roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates till onboarding
- Achieve monthly hiring targets
Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening
- Experience in bulk and field sales hiring preferred
- Familiarity with job portals like and social hiring
- MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Telugu speaking is mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Experience in FMCG or recruitment consultancy is an advantage
