Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals social media and references
Conduct telephonic screening and interview coordination
Hire candidates for sales operations and support roles
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates till onboarding
Achieve monthly hiring targets

Experience in bulk and field sales hiring preferred
Experience in FMCG or recruitment consultancy is an advantage
