This is full-time onsite role based in our Pune office.

Design Standardize and Scale.

This is a high-impact role within Hansens Chief Architect function where you will shape and drive DevOps and platform engineering strategy across a global multi-business-unit environment. You will play a critical role in defining how software is built deployed and operated across Hansendriving improvements in delivery speed quality and reliability.

By owning the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) CI/CD standards and tooling governance you will directly influence developer productivity and enable consistent scalable engineering practices across Hansens distributed teams.

• 7 years of experience in DevOps & platform engineering with architecture exposure
• Proven experience in designing and delivering Internal Developer Platforms (IDP)
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions Jenkins pipeline-as-code)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and cloud-native architecture
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker Kubernetes)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with governance frameworks standards and enterprise environments

• Define and evolve DevOps and platform engineering strategy across the organization

• Design scalable and secure platform architectures supporting multiple business units

• Lead the implementation and operation of Hansens Internal Developer Platform (IDP)

• Establish CI/CD standards reusable pipelines and governance practices

• Embed security compliance and quality checks into DevOps workflows

• Drive adoption of DevOps tooling standards and best practices across teams

• Monitor platform performance metrics and continuously improve delivery outcomes

• Collaborate with architecture product and engineering teams to align platform capabilities
