Responsibilities:
Strategic Coaching: Partner with executives and business owners to align Agile practices with long-term company goals. Scrum Master Mentorship: Upskill our pool of Scrum Masters through 1-on-1 mentoring and by establishing an Agile Community of Practice (CoP). Scaling Frameworks: Design and implement scaling strategies using frameworks like SAFe LeSS or Kanban to coordinate work across multiple large-scale teams. Systemic Problem Solving: Use systems thinking to identify and remove deep-rooted organizational bottlenecks that hinder delivery flow. Change Management: Lead the cultural shift from a command-and-control environment to one of empowered self-organization.
Highly prefer advanced certifications such asICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) orSAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
