Job Summary
Role Summary
Own and drive cross-functional execution across Operations Sales Marketing Recruitment QA and Development to ensure app performance service quality customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Dev & QA for app quality updates and issue resolution
Align Marketing for lead generation and campaign effectiveness
Support Sales for lead follow-ups conversions and revenue targets
Drive recruitment and onboarding of service providers and staff
Monitor vendor performance ratings and service standards
Handle customer escalations and improve repeat engagement
Implement AI/automation for better productivity and reporting
Create SOPs track KPIs and submit weekly performance reports
