Retail Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer with experience in gold jewellery sales. The candidate should have strong communication skills in English Telugu and Hindi and be passionate about delivering an excellent in-store customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting gold jewellery based on their preferences and budget
Provide detailed product information including design purity and pricing
Drive showroom sales and achieve individual sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Handle billing basic documentation and customer queries efficiently
Ensure proper display and presentation of jewellery in the showroom
Stay updated on latest jewellery trends and designs
Support store operations including stock handling and coordination

Key Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales (preferably gold jewellery)
Strong communication skills in English Telugu and Hindi (mandatory)
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Presentable confident and sales-driven personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Basic knowledge of gold jewellery and pricing is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Any graduate or equivalent qualification
Experience working in a jewellery showroom is an advantage
