Your Mission
Mission:To drive the EOS Indiassales performance support achieve revenue targets and manages internal and external customer relationships
Responsibility:ensureSales pipeline management&support todevelop reliable sales forecastsmanagesales analytics CRM management
RevenueTarget achievement support:configuring pricing and proposing technicalsolutionsand quotes;monitoring progress consistently to reach the committed revenue targets
Drive lead management andsupport application driven business developmentby supporting theapplied engineering teams at EOSIndia
SPOC forsales team and leadershipfor Sales opportunity pipeline management
Market andFocusIndustry analysis:analyze&maintainabest-in-classoverview and understanding of the additive manufacturing market.
Your Talents
Accountabilityforaccurate&realisticforecastingtaking ownershipformaintainingaccurate& up to date sales forecast by liaising with Sales team and Partners
Ideally experience or strong willingness to learn and manageCRM (Customer Relationship Management) SystemslikeSalesforce
Data Analysis & Reporting:generateregulardashboards monitor KPIs analyze performance metrics and forecast revenue
Leading: ability to lead topics &liaise withstakeholderstowardsmaintainingforecastdatasintegrityandupdated status
Education:Bachelorsor above inEngineering or Business Administration with a strong acumen for tech and knowledge about Additive Manufacturing
Experience:0-4yearsof experienceis a saleoperationsor admin job
Soft skills:strongcommunicationskills and confidentclient-oriented manners with both internal teams and customers
Organizational finesse:Project Management skills tomethodicallymanagelarge customerdatabase &opportunity management
Fluent written and spoken English language skills (essential).Willingness and ability to travelnationally &internationally for business purposes.Experience working in multicultural international team environments
