Tender Specialist
Location: Hyderabad Telangana
Reports to: Sales Head / CEO
Industry Preference: Metals / Metal Manufacturing
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
Identify track and manage end-to-end tender and bid submissions for government and institutional customers.
Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation as per tender requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Production Finance and Legal for costing EMDs Bank Guarantees (BGs) and compliance documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids through government e-procurement platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with government departments and institutional procurement teams.
Monitor competitor bidding activity and pricing trends to improve bid success rates.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with tender guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in tendering and bid management within the metals or metal-manufacturing industry (mandatory).
Strong understanding of EMD/BG processes and government e-procurement portals such as GeM and other e-tendering platforms.
Excellent documentation coordination and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tenders while meeting strict deadlines.
Active LinkedIn profile preferred.
Immediate availability will be an advantage.
