Sales Executive
Job Summary
Koozo Commerce is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers improving order conversions and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers who have abandoned their shopping carts and encourage them to complete their purchases.
- Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) follow-ups by contacting customers verifying their availability and coordinating successful delivery reattempts.
- Conduct Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation calls to reduce order cancellations and Return-to-Origin (RTO) cases.
- Address customer queries resolve concerns and provide appropriate assistance to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
- Meet daily weekly and monthly productivity and quality targets.
Requirements
Experience in telemarketing customer service sales or a similar voice process role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM systems. Customer-focused with strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities. Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude. Basic computer proficiency.
