About the Role
As an SDR you will be responsible for identifying target prospects executing outbound outreach campaigns engaging decision-makers and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
You will work closely with leadership and sales teams to build a predictable pipeline and contribute directly to the companys growth.

Prospect Research and amp; Lead Generation
- Identify target companies and ideal customer profiles.
- Research and verify key decision-makers.
- Collect and validate company and contact information.
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect databases.
- Enrich CRM records with accurate prospect details.

- Send connection requests to targeted prospects.
- Initiate meaningful conversations.
- Nurture prospects through consistent follow-ups.
- Generate interest and schedule discovery calls.
Cold Calling (Gradual Responsibility)
- Follow up with warm and engaged prospects.
- Conduct qualification conversations.
- Book meetings for the sales team.
- Support pipeline growth through direct outreach.

- Maintain prospect activity within HubSpot or CRM systems.
- Update lead statuses and conversation notes.
- Ensure accurate pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Maintain organized records for future follow-ups.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong prospecting and research capabilities.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms is preferred.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Comfortable handling objections and rejection.
- Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in SDR Business Development Lead Generation or Outbound Sales roles.
- Experience selling Digital Marketing SEO PPC Website Development or IT Services is preferred.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools email automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Experience working with international clients is a plus.
