About the role
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Outreach Caller) to win new business. This is a hunting role. Your job is to reach out to and open new client conversations not to manage or service existing accounts. You will own the front of the sales cycle: prospecting cold calling and qualifying leads across both Indian and international markets.
At Multiplier AI we build AI products for healthcare and pharma marketing. You will take that story to new prospects and get them interested enough to want to know more.
What youll do
As a Business Development Executive (Outreach Caller) you will own outbound outreach for new business. You will research and identify new client opportunities across Indian and international markets run outbound outreach over calls email and LinkedIn and qualify inbound leads into real opportunities. You will handle initial questions and objections clearly communicate our value proposition and set up qualified meetings/demos for the sales team to take forward. You will manage your outreach activity in HubSpot logging calls moving leads through stages and keeping records accurate while working closely with the sales and presales teams to hand off qualified opportunities. You will carry a target for outbound calls and qualified meetings/opportunities generated and adjust your working hours when needed to reach international prospects across time zones.
Must-have skills (mandatory)
Non-negotiables for this role:
Outbound calling experience: you have made outbound/cold calls to prospects as a core part of your daily work.
HubSpot: hands-on working knowledge of the CRM (pipeline sequences reporting).
Excellent English: confident and clear on calls in writing too.
Also required:
1-2 years in inside sales presales telecalling SDR/BDR or business development with a clear outreach/calling focus.
Comfortable calling both Indian and international customers across cultures and time zones.
High activity mindset comfortable with daily call and outreach targets.
Good to have
Exposure to SaaS AI or healthcare / pharma products.
Experience calling into international markets (US EU Middle East).
Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo or outreach automation/dialers.
Additional languages: Hindi / Hinglish or a regional language is a plus.
