Role Overview: Were looking for an SDR who knows outbound inside-out and can consistently turn outreach into qualified opportunities. This role is about executionhigh-volume prospecting strong conversations and building a reliable pipeline for the sales team.
What Youll Do
1. Lead Generation & Market Expansion
Identify and generate new business opportunities across manufacturing FMCG automotive heavy industries electronics and logistics
Build a strong pipeline by targeting the right accounts and decision-makers
2. Outbound Execution
Drive outbound lead generation through cold calls emails and LinkedIn outreach
Own the first conversationbuild interest handle objections and create momentum
3. Lead Qualification
Qualify leads with a strong understanding of business needs use cases and fitment
Ensure only high-quality opportunities are passed to the sales team
4. Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM
Track outreach follow-ups and conversion metrics consistently
5. Collaboration & Improvement
Work closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting
Continuously improve outreach strategies based on results
What Were Looking For
12 years of experience in SDR / outbound sales / lead generation roles
Strong hands-on experience in cold calling and initial client conversations
In-depth understanding of outbound sales and lead qualification
Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments and achieving targets consistently
Clear communication confidence and the ability to think on your feet
High ownership mindset and bias for action
Good to Have
Exposure to B2B / industrial / manufacturing segments
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot Salesforce or similar
