Role Overview: Were looking for an SDR who knows outbound inside-out and can consistently turn outreach into qualified opportunities. This role is about executionhigh-volume prospecting strong conversations and building a reliable pipeline for the sales team.

What Youll Do

1. Lead Generation & Market Expansion

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across manufacturing FMCG automotive heavy industries electronics and logistics
  • Build a strong pipeline by targeting the right accounts and decision-makers

2. Outbound Execution

  • Drive outbound lead generation through cold calls emails and LinkedIn outreach
  • Own the first conversationbuild interest handle objections and create momentum

3. Lead Qualification

  • Qualify leads with a strong understanding of business needs use cases and fitment
  • Ensure only high-quality opportunities are passed to the sales team

4. Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM
  • Track outreach follow-ups and conversion metrics consistently

5. Collaboration & Improvement

  • Work closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies based on results

What Were Looking For

  • 12 years of experience in SDR / outbound sales / lead generation roles
  • Strong hands-on experience in cold calling and initial client conversations
  • In-depth understanding of outbound sales and lead qualification
  • Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments and achieving targets consistently
  • Clear communication confidence and the ability to think on your feet
  • High ownership mindset and bias for action

Good to Have

  • Exposure to B2B / industrial / manufacturing segments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot Salesforce or similar
