Job Summary
Job Title: Executive - Technology Department: Technology. Reporting To: Manager Location: Mumbai. Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent. Brief: The trainee should manage the entire process of monitoring Risk Management tool at Bank. Responsibility: Monitor transactions. Analysis of Risk Generating reports Interact with customer and follow up on queries Revert to customer emails with transaction details Reporting to Bank officer on Risk transaction Willing to work in shifts Ability to resolve customer conflicts Skills: Knowledge of Office tools like Excel Doc Power Point etc Knowledge of Databases and technologies Should be familiar with application security and other information security best practices. Good & effective communication in English language Can-do attitude innovative thinking and nimble working style will be advantageous. Working conditions: Indoor within Office Job. Day and Night Job.
