RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Were looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team at TVS Automobiles in Nagpur. In this role youll be the primary point of contact for customers helping them explore our range of two-wheelers and make informed purchasing decisions. Your passion for sales and excellent communication skills will be key to driving sales and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly professional manner. Understand their needs and recommend suitable TVS two-wheeler models.

• Sales and Lead Management: Actively pursue sales targets. Follow up on sales leads and inquiries in a timely manner to maximize conversion rates.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all TVS two-wheelers including features specifications pricing and new model launches.

• Vehicle Demonstrations: Conduct test rides and product demonstrations clearly explaining the features and benefits of each model.

• Paperwork and Documentation: Assist customers with all necessary sales paperwork including loan applications and registration documents ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Showroom Maintenance: Keep the sales area clean organized and presentable ensuring all vehicles are well-maintained for display.

• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales preferably in the automotive or two-wheeler industry. Freshers with a strong desire to learn and excel in sales may also be considered.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is a plus.

• Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Personal Traits: Self-motivated proactive and a team player.

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelors degree is preferred.

• Salary: 45000 per month
