We are looking for an Officer/Senior Officer for Sales Support department based in Mumbai who will be an integral part of the Sales Team and reporting to VP- Sales Support

Key Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of this role is generating the quotation using back office tool (ALDAVAR). This tool is developed & maintained by our IT professionals considering our business need. With regards to quotation generation for leased vehicles it is mainly a data entry process in the Quotation creation program in Aldavar tool where persons needs to enter / select correct values as per client addition to this the person needs to keep track of approvals taken for any kind of deviation from to the standard process.

Qualification & requirements
Education Qualification- Graduate from any stream

• Work experience of 3-4 years
• Average communication skills written and oral with average fluency in English and the local language.
• Need to have knowledge about Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word)
• Savvy and easy to adapt to digital tools
• Effective in usage of social media platforms if required
