Job Summary
- Lead and manage a team of client servicing professionals providing mentorship performance feedback and career development guidance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients building and maintaining strategic trust-based relationships.
- Develop and execute comprehensive client account strategies focused on growth retention and profitability.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management ensuring timely delivery budget adherence and creative excellence.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead pitch presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with creative media and strategy teams to align deliverables with client objectives and market trends.
- Monitor client KPIs and ROI delivering regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Drive innovation in client engagement by leveraging digital tools data analytics and emerging media platforms.
- Manage client escalations with a solution-oriented approach ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of the agencys service offerings and growth roadmap in alignment with market demands.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 25 years of progressive experience in client servicing within the advertising media or marketing communications industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-value client accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management experience with ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing media planning branding and campaign analytics.
- Proficiency in CRM tools project management software and data visualization platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience working with clients in FMCG automotive lifestyle or technology sectors is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
Required Skills:
Experience: 5 years in high-growth consumer startups owning big budgets running experiments at speed and scaling apps to millions
