Job Summary

  • Lead and manage a team of client servicing professionals providing mentorship performance feedback and career development guidance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients building and maintaining strategic trust-based relationships.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive client account strategies focused on growth retention and profitability.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management ensuring timely delivery budget adherence and creative excellence.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead pitch presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with creative media and strategy teams to align deliverables with client objectives and market trends.
  • Monitor client KPIs and ROI delivering regular performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Drive innovation in client engagement by leveraging digital tools data analytics and emerging media platforms.
  • Manage client escalations with a solution-oriented approach ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of the agencys service offerings and growth roadmap in alignment with market demands.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 25 years of progressive experience in client servicing within the advertising media or marketing communications industry.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value client accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience with ability to inspire and develop talent.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing media planning branding and campaign analytics.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools project management software and data visualization platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience working with clients in FMCG automotive lifestyle or technology sectors is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
