Velocity-Based Talent Acquisition: Architecting aggressive modern recruitment workflows to secure top-tier engineering brand and business talent without allowing lengthy operational lag times.
High-Accountability Culture Stewardship: Cultivating a transparent performance ecosystem that explicitly rewards rapid action problem-solving and cross-functional momentum over passive alignment loops.
Meeting & Operational Governance: Enforcing internal efficiency rules across the people functionkeeping operational touchpoints under 30 minutes with mandatory scannable action trackers.
Tech-Driven HR Automation: Integrating advanced AI utilities and modern workflow software into employee life cycles to eliminate manual administrative drag and speed up delivery.

Requirements

Experience Base: Verifiable progressive leadership success operating as a Head of HR Director HR or Senior HR Business Partner inside high-growth direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands consumer tech systems or high-velocity tech startups.
Operational Instincts: A proven history of stripping out corporate bureaucracy and reducing project timelines without compromising on organizational design or regulatory compliance.
Attributes: Exceptional executive presence a deep alignment with action-first cultural mindsets and the ability to build high-velocity teams under fluid market conditions.


Required Skills:

We are looking for a driven and highly organised Operations Executive to oversee and coordinate the full operational scope of our newly established company in Harare Zimbabwe. This is a hands-on cross-functional role that sits at the heart of the business connecting warehouse management commodity trading operations logistics coordination and procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of agricultural commodity trading the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously and a track record of keeping operations running efficiently and cost-effectively in a fast-paced trading environment
