The Senior Manager Store Operations FP&A Functional Support will lead a team of financial analysts responsible for delivering financial planning performance analysis and decision support for Store Operations. This role provides leadership across key areas including Store P&L expenses Price Adjustments Deferred Revenue Outlet Stores store initiative measurement business case development benchmarking frameworks and ad hoc operational analyses. The position partners closely with business and finance leaders to drive insights improve financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead coach and develop a team of financial analysts ensuring high-quality financial analysis reporting and business partnership.

Drive analysis and performance management across Store Operations expenses identifying risks opportunities and actionable recommendations.

Identify and quantify expense productivity opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes.

Evaluate the impact of store incursions and other business events through pre- and post-performance analysis.

Develop business cases measure initiative performance and provide analytical support for strategic investments and operational decisions.

Build and enhance scorecards and benchmarking frameworks to compare store performance and identify best practices across the chain.

Provide thought leadership by proactively identifying business challenges assessing financial implications and recommending strategic solutions.

Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Partner with Technology and Data teams to resolve system and data challenges improve data accessibility and strengthen analytical capabilities.

Collaborate across Stores Finance and FDS&A teams to share insights align priorities and identify opportunities for broader business impact.

Build strong relationships with SSCM and business stakeholders serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Lead talent acquisition development succession planning and retention efforts to build a high-performing and engaged team.

Qualifications

Strong experience in FP&A financial analysis business performance management and decision support.

Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing analytical teams.

Deep financial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Strong understanding of retail operations store economics and performance drivers preferred.

Proven ability to influence stakeholders lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results in a matrixed environment.

Experience with automation data visualization and analytical tools to improve reporting and decision-making processes.

Excellent communication problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
