Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Omnichannel Distribution Engineering: Building structuring and running the strategic commercial matrix across General Trade (GT) Modern Trade (MT) and Regional Organized Trade (ROT) channels nationwide.
High-Velocity Revenue Governance: Holding absolute uncompromised P&L ownership over the offline distribution verticaldriving volume velocity managing inventory aging and optimizing collection loops.
Channel Friction Elimination: Continuously auditing localized supply lines and dealer networks to eliminate supply bottlenecks billing friction and channel conflict.
Operational Sales Disciplines: Running lean regional sales units with automated pipeline reportingensuring field issues are processed and resolved with zero administrative lag.
Market Expansion Playbooks: Designing and executing aggressive tier-2 and tier-3 market entry blueprints to capture whites

Requirements

Experience Base: Verifiable professional success operating as a National Sales Manager Business Head or Zonal Sales Lead within leading Consumer Electronics High-Volume Mobile Accessories Smartphone Brands or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) giants.
Network Assets: A deep highly trusted operational network of tier-1 national distributors sub-distributors retail aggregators and major modern trade key accounts across India.
Attributes: Incredible commercial negotiation skills strict data-first analytical capabilities high physical stamina for deep market audits and a strict outcome-first leadership orientation.
