Job Summary
- Manage assigned bank branches and build strong relationships with bank staff.
- Generate life insurance business through customer referrals from the bank.
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring quality customer service.
- Conduct joint sales calls with bank officials to maximize business opportunities.
- Ensure timely documentation policy issuance and after-sales support.
Eligibility:
- Graduation mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of Life Insurance/BFSI/Sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication sales and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel between assigned bank branches.
