As a Program Specialist I here at Honeywell you will be responsible for supporting the planning coordination and execution of various CCC Projects to ensure they meet organizational goals and deliver value. You will play a key role in assisting project management activities tracking progress and facilitating communication among stakeholders. You will play a key role in coordination with CIC leads for successful project testing (FATs) & taking care of shipment & dispatches from Honeywell Factory.

You will report directly to our Program Manager and youll work out of our Pune India location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role you will impact the successful delivery and administration of programs that drive business objectives and enhance operational efficiency within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead cross-functional coordination with procurement planning manufacturing and logistics teams
• Assist in the planning and execution of program activities to meet defined objectives.
• Track program progress prepare reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience in program coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in program tracking tools and reporting software.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in program support or administration.
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.
