Product Solution Engineer (PSE) Experience: 2 6 Years Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid About the Role We are seeking a Product Solution Engineer with strong expertise in Java development and production support. The ideal candidate should have experience troubleshooting complex production issues implementing feature enhancements and supporting scalable backend applications in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop maintain and enhance backend applications using Java. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across applications and services. Participate in on-call support and incident management activities. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive fixes. Develop feature enhancements and resolve application defects. Write optimize and maintain MySQL queries. Monitor application performance logs and system health. Collaborate with Product Engineering and Operations teams to ensure application reliability and performance. Mandatory Skills Programming & Database Java MySQL REST APIs Production Support Production Support Experience Debugging & Troubleshooting Incident Management Root Cause Analysis (RCA) On-call Support Architecture & Monitoring Microservices Architecture Distributed Systems Prometheus Grafana ELK / Splunk CI/CD Pipelines 1 Command-line Troubleshooting Good to Have Spring Boot Kafka Python Go Kubernetes Preferred Profile 2 6 years of experience in Java Backend Development.
