Job Summary
Background to the role
Performing Doctor onboarding Hospital Onboarding & Diagnostic Centers Onboarding via Visits & Field Work. Including Answering phones and Confirming appointments. Maintaining and cleaning data in real Documents Collection.

Key Responsibilities
- Working with the Network team to do doctor Hospital & Diagnostic center Onboarding on time.
- Communicating with the network team to get the correct data.
- Helping operations and network teams in case of any issue
- Coordinating with internal and externals teams to drive new initiatives
- Deeply understand the query and find the solution.
- Working with the tech team to improve provider satisfaction.
Skills
- Undergraduate from a reputed institute.
- Excellent Communication skill.
- Adhere to work in pressure.
- Good understanding of the internet.
- Remarkable follow up skills to get work done
- Command on Microsoft office especially Excel & PPT
- 2 years of experience
