Job Summary

Key Responsibilities - What Youll Do:

Design and implement robust automation frameworks using AWS services (Lambda Step Functions EventBridge etc.) to streamline operations and optimize performance.
Lead the charge in migrating our on-premises applications to the AWS cloud developing comprehensive strategies (lift-and-shift re-platforming etc.) to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
Architect and develop scalable front-end (ReactJS TypeScript Tailwind CSS) and back-end (Python) services that meet our evolving business needs.
Guide and inspire a team of talented developers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu) and build robust CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and ensure continuous integration.

Essential Skills & Experience - What You Bring:

12 years in software development including 4 years in a leadership or management role.
Expert-level knowledge of serverless architectures microservices and decoupled system design.
Proven track record of successfully migrating enterprise applications from on-premises to AWS.

Technical Prowess: Deep expertise in:

AWS services (Lambda Step Functions DynamoDB etc.)
ReactJS TypeScript Tailwind CSS.
Python
Terraform/OpenTofu.
CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions GitLab Spacelift).
PostgreSQL database administration.
Excellent strategic planning problem-solving and team management skills.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Experience guiding organizations through technology transformations.

Additional Skills:

AWS Certifications (Solution Architect Associate Developer Associate).
Test-Driven Development (TDD) experience.
Experience with Amazon Q.
Datadog experience
