Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Tosca Test Automation Engineer to support large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and Quality Engineering programs. The candidate will be responsible for designing developing executing and maintaining automated test assets using Tricentis Tosca.
The role involves working closely with SAP Functional Consultants Test Managers Developers and Business Stakeholders to automate end-to-end business processes across SAP and integrated enterprise applications.
Candidates with strong Tosca automation experience from non-SAP domains may also be considered provided they have hands-on SAP automation experience.

Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain automated test scripts and modules using Tricentis Tosca.
Analyze business processes and functional specifications to identify suitable automation candidates.
Develop reusable Tosca modules test case templates and libraries following automation best practices.
Execute functional regression integration and end-to-end automated test suites.
Analyze and triage automation failures and defects.
Set up and maintain Tosca infrastructure including Tosca Commander Tosca Server DEX/Team Agents and TTA setup for SAP projects.
Work with Tricentis ecosystem components such as LiveCompare Data Integrity qTest and NeoLoad.
Integrate Tosca with test management and ALM tools such as SAP Cloud ALM Azure DevOps qTest and JIRA/Xray.
Support integration of automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants Developers Test Managers and Business Users to validate business scenarios.
Support SIT UAT mock cycles cutover and go-live testing.
Prepare automation status reports test coverage metrics and defect summaries.
Mentor junior automation engineers and contribute to automation framework standards where applicable.

Must-Have Skills
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.

Hands-on SAP automation experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of automation principles including:

Data-driven testing
Experience across the complete testing lifecycle including test planning automation scripting execution defect management and reporting.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agentic AI concepts for improving test automation efficiency.
Knowledge of AI-powered testing capabilities for test case generation maintenance optimization and automation using Tosca.
