Job Title: Network Architect

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Core network & DC Operations across Palo Alto firewalls Cisco Routers & Switches SDWAN
• At least 4 years focused on Zscaler solutions (Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)

Job description

Zscaler:

• Individual should possess experience in planning design deployment configuration integration and management of network protection controls including Next-gen firewalls SASE Zscaler Cloud Proxy IPS/IDS VPN and network authentication solutions to protect IT assets and should be responsible for the deployment of any changes plug-ins or configuration as requested by the client.
• Experienced in planning designing deploying configuring integrating and managing Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX)
• Experienced in configuring forwarding/application profiles URL filtering Cloud App control SSL Inspection and DNS control policies.
• Networking Knowledge: Strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP DNS HTTP/HTTPS and VPN technologies.
• Security Expertise: Familiarity with network security principles firewall configurations and threat management.

Core Network:

• Configuring & managing Cisco Routers switches Palo Alto & Cisco Firewalls VPN & SDWAN
• Possess a strong understanding of routing protocols such as BGP OSPF EIGRP and IPsec for secure and efficient network communications.
• Strong experience with support of SDWAN solution (Velo cloud)
• Expert level experience in Cisco Data Center and Campus Switching and routing.
• Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of networking technologies WAN communications and security concepts including TCP/IP QoS MPLS DMVPN and IPSec.
• Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls Panorama including advanced features like threat prevention S2S VPNs remote VPN solution and security policies
• Troubleshooting experience on SDWAN velo cloud Viptela routing / Switching protocols security VPN issues.
• Monitor and maintain network security ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

General

• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ability to implement design architecture objectives that align with client demand & business goals
• Participate in the deployment of complex solutions create written deliverables and conduct client workshops
• Proven knowledge of ITIL framework and service management practices good understanding of Change process
• High degree of flexibility and willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts and on-call.
• Effective communication skills. Should be able to deal with users from across the regions
• Serve as Tier 3 support resource (IT Escalation). On Call Rotation.
• 24*7 Rotational shifts
