Conducting in-house scrutiny of drawings to ensure regulatory compliance
Preparation of municipal drawing work and municipal reports
Coordinating with the Municipal Architect and their team
In house Team Coordination and Management.
Preparation of HRC presentation.
Site Visits and co-ordiantion with site team.
Architectural Design Planning
Municipal drawings and report preparation
Feasibility studies and project analysis
Co-ordination with various municipal authorities
Project life cycle management
Proficiency in 2D & 3D CAD (Architecture)
Market research and analysis
Team management and leadership
