Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition professionals ensuring a collaborative and high-performance work Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies aligned with the companys business goals and workforce -cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition creation to candidate onboarding ensuring efficiency and and Networking: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates utilizing various channels and Assessment: Implement and standardize candidate evaluation processes including interviews assessments and reference checks to identify the best-fit Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to enhance the companys employer brand making DISA Global Solutions an employer of with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs establish job requirements and provide guidance on the recruitment and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition providing regular reports and insights for continuous : Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment Support: Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
