Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition professionals ensuring a collaborative and high-performance work Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies aligned with the companys business goals and workforce -cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition creation to candidate onboarding ensuring efficiency and and Networking: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates utilizing various channels and Assessment: Implement and standardize candidate evaluation processes including interviews assessments and reference checks to identify the best-fit Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to enhance the companys employer brand making DISA Global Solutions an employer of with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs establish job requirements and provide guidance on the recruitment and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition providing regular reports and insights for continuous : Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment Support: Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with demonstrated leadership knowledge of recruitment best practices sourcing techniques and employment communication and interpersonal to analyze data and trends to inform recruitment with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
