About the Role
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented professionals with strong expertise in Non-Individual Customer Onboarding. The role involves managing end-to-end onboarding activities for entities such as Companies LLPs Partnerships Trusts Societies and other non-individual customers while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management capabilities excellent communication skills in Hindi and English and the ability to coordinate effectively with branches across India to ensure seamless onboarding operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support end-to-end Non-Individual Onboarding activities across branches PAN India.
Verify and process onboarding documentation for Companies LLPs Trusts Societies Partnerships and other non-individual entities.
Coordinate with branch teams operations compliance and internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding execution.
Provide guidance to branches on onboarding requirements documentation deficiencies and compliance-related queries.
Ensure adherence to KYC AML regulatory and internal onboarding guidelines.
Monitor onboarding quality standards and maintain accuracy of customer records.
Follow up with branches and stakeholders to ensure timely closure of onboarding cases.
Communicate effectively in Hindi and English while handling stakeholders across multiple regions.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare MIS reports onboarding trackers and management updates.
Escalate critical issues and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding experience and service delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
4–5 years of experience in Customer Onboarding / Operations within Banking.
Strong knowledge of Non-Individual Account Opening processes.
Understanding of KYC AML regulatory requirements and onboarding controls.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
Good knowledge of core banking systems banking products and operational processes.
Ability to conduct root cause analysis and present findings effectively.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
Graduate (Mandatory)
Hindi Speaking Skills Preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
Age Band: 27–35 Years
Prior experience in Non-Individual Onboarding within Banking Operations preferred.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
