Job Summary
- Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the GCC and global/onshore marketing teams aligning priorities managing demand and ensuring clear intake scoping and accountability
- Lead and develop the GCC marketing team including hiring onboarding skills development performance management and career progression.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement aligned with the onshore teams
- Own delivery and quality of marketing execution across assigned capability areas ensuring SLAs standards and performance expectations are consistently met.
- Report on the value and impact of GCC contributions for global marketing and executive stakeholders.
- The GCC marketing lead is responsible for overall delivery quality and stakeholder management
- The GCC marketing team is responsible for execution and quality
- Marketing Activation team provides strategic oversight prioritization and standards and is accountable for processes and platforms
- Brand and Segment Marketing teams maintain strategic ownership and final approvals related to campaigns and initiatives
- SLA adherence & turnaround times
- Rework and error rates
