Qualification:
/ B.E / Graduation in any specialization
Years of experience:
8 years of Experience in
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience as a Database Administrator or Engineer.
Minimum of 4 years of experience managing a DBA team or leading the database function.
Proven experience managing databases (both operational and analytical) within the US Healthcare Domain including knowledge of EHR/EMR database structures.

The following are highlighted entrepreneurial competencies and core expectations for the job/role:
Expert-level proficiency in administration maintenance and performance tuning of at least one major database platform (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server Oracle).
Strong experience with database high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions (e.g. Always On Replication Failover Clusters).
Hands-on experience with cloud database services (IaaS and PaaS/DBaaS offerings on Azure AWS or GCP).
Proficiency in scripting for automation (e.g. PowerShell Python).
Strong understanding of physical and logical database design normalization and security hardening techniques.
Experience managing NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB Cassandra).
Certification in a relevant database technology (e.g. MCSA SQL Server Oracle Certified Professional).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Extensive experience with modern data integration and ETL/ELT tools (e.g. Informatica Talend Data Factory SSIS).
Solid understanding of data warehousing data modeling (Kimball/Inmon) and data governance principles.
