DePuy Synthes is recruiting fora(n)Manager Core Platformslocatedin Pune Maharashtra.
The Manager Core Platforms provides leadership and operational oversight for core HR and peoplerelated technology platforms at DePuy Synthes. This roleis responsible forensuring stability performance and continuous improvement of foundational platforms that support critical HR and business processes. The position plays a key role in enabling scalable global operations improving user experience and supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organization making it an exciting opportunity to influence how technology enables people and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Leadthe daytoday management and operational performance of core HR and people technology platforms.
Partner with HR IT and business stakeholders to ensure platforms meet functional and operational requirements.
Oversee platform stability enhancements upgrades and issue resolution activities.
Establish andmaintaingovernance standards and controls for core platform operations.
Drive continuous improvement automation and optimization of platformenabled processes.
Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure quality and value delivery.
Monitor performance metrics and service levels to ensure reliable and efficient platform operations.
Lead and develop a highperforming team supporting core platform operations and delivery.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business Administration Human Resources or a related field is.
Mastersdegree orMBAis preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Typically6-8 years of progressive experience in technology platforms HR systems or related operational leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise or core technology platforms in a global organization.
Strong understanding of platform operations system integrations and service management practices.
Proven ability to partner with crossfunctional and senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical problemsolving and operational management skills.
Excellent communication and peopleleadership capabilities.
Preferred:
Experience supporting HR people or enterprise platformsincluding Workdayin a shared services or global model.
Familiarity withWorkday HCMcloudbasedplatforms or digital workplace technologies.
Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare medical devices or life sciences.
Exposure todigital transformation automation or platform modernization initiatives.
Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures.
Other:
Languages: English proficiency is.
Travel: Minimal travel expected up to 10% domestically or internationally.
Certifications: IT service management platform or project management certifications are preferred.
