Job Summary

The Commercial Manager oversees the commercial lifecycle of PET preform products from lead
generation and bidding to contract management and profitability analysis. They ensure that
supply chains for beverage manufacturers remain cost-effective while maximizing the company's ROI
ROI

Key Responsibilities
Contract & Risk Management
o Negotiate commercial terms pricing structures and service level agreements
(SLAs).
o Monitor contract compliance and manage commercial risks associated with
raw material price fluctuations.
o Review and approve bids for large-scale beverage supply projects.
Financial Oversight
o Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the preforms division.
o Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
o Manage working capital including monitoring receivables and collection
terms.
Strategic Planning
o Develop commercial strategies that align with beverage industry trends (e.g.
sustainable packaging).
o Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure product
availability matches demand.
o Provide market insights and sales analytics to senior leadership for business

Experience: 8–12 years of experience in commercial management or B2B sales
specifically within the PET preforms packaging or beverage manufacturing sectors.
Strong knowledge of the beverage/bottling industry landscape.
Proficiency in financial analysis budgeting and risk assessment.
Experience with contract law and negotiation tactics.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Finance or a related
field.
