Key Responsibilities Contract & Risk Management o Negotiate commercial terms pricing structures and service level agreements (SLAs). o Monitor contract compliance and manage commercial risks associated with raw material price fluctuations. o Review and approve bids for large-scale beverage supply projects. Financial Oversight o Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the preforms division. o Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge. o Manage working capital including monitoring receivables and collection terms. Strategic Planning o Develop commercial strategies that align with beverage industry trends (e.g. sustainable packaging). o Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure product availability matches demand. o Provide market insights and sales analytics to senior leadership for business
Experience: 8–12 years of experience in commercial management or B2B sales specifically within the PET preforms packaging or beverage manufacturing sectors. Strong knowledge of the beverage/bottling industry landscape. Proficiency in financial analysis budgeting and risk assessment. Experience with contract law and negotiation tactics.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field.
