Job Description:

Performance test Engineer (6 Years Experience)
We are looking for a skilled Performance test Engineer with 6 years of experience to join our team and support mission-critical enterprise systems.

Location: Chennai
Experience: 6 years - Immediate joiners are preferred.

Mandatory Skillset
Design and develop performance test plans test scripts and test scenarios based on business requirements.
Execute load stress endurance and spike tests using tools like LoadRunner JMeter or Akamai Cloud Test.
Monitor system performance using APM tools (e.g. Dynatrace AppDynamics Datadog).
Use log analysis tools such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana) Splunk Trace Log to extract insights from large volumes of log data.
Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks in application database or infrastructure layers.
Collaborate with development QA and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.
Provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance engineering.

Good to Have
6 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g. LoadRunner Akamai Cloud Test JMeter).
Strong knowledge of HTTP/S REST APIs and web technologies.
Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
Good understanding of system architecture and database performance tuning.
