Job Title - Oracle EDMCS / AHCS / ARCSConsultant

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Finance Transformation consultant to provide dedicated support for Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS) and Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The resource will be responsible for ensuring month-end close stability proactive system monitoring BAU support configuration changes and enhancement delivery while maintaining operational continuity and business-critical financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Month-End Close Support

• Support end-to-end financial close activities in AHCS and ARCS during month-end cycles.
• Monitor and manage AHCS allocation runs accounting transformations and journal processing.
• Execute and monitor ARCS reconciliation jobs and close-related activities.
• Investigate and resolve journal entry failures reconciliation exceptions and processing errors within agreed SLAs.
• Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure successful and timely period close.

System Stability & Production Support

• Perform proactive health checks across EDMCS AHCS and ARCS environments.
• Monitor integrations scheduled jobs interfaces and data loads.
• Ensure production incidents are prioritized analyzed and resolved with minimal business impact.
• Identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures to improve application stability.
• Support root-cause analysis and problem management activities.

BAU Enhancements & Configuration

• Maintain and enhance Chart of Accounts structures in EDMCS.
• Support mapping changes hierarchy updates segment maintenance and governance processes.
• Configure and maintain accounting rules source mappings allocations and transformation logic in AHCS.
• Support reconciliation configuration matching rules and workflow updates in ARCS.
• Conduct system quality reviews and recommend process improvements.

Development & Integration Support

• Deliver configuration and development support for change requests impacting EDMCS AHCS or ARCS.
• Support integration development and troubleshooting between Oracle ERP AHCS ARCS and upstream/downstream systems.
• Validate impacts of configuration changes and coordinate testing activities.
• Participate in SIT UAT and production deployment support.

Functional Scope

• EDMCS:Maintain and govern Chart of Accounts structures hierarchies and master data changes.
• AHCS:Consolidate accounting transactions into a unified accounting structure and manage accounting rule processing.
• ARCS:Reconcile Period-to-Date (PTD) and Year-to-Date (YTD) financial transactions manage reconciliation processes and ensure financial data integrity.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EDMCS AHCS and ARCS.
• Experience supporting month-end and financial close processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (GL AP AR) and accounting concepts.
• Experience with accounting rules mappings allocations and reconciliations.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations data loads and interface monitoring.
• Ability to work independently during CET business hours and engage directly with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EPM and Financial Close solutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and ERP integrations.
• Oracle Cloud certification in Finance/EPM applications is preferred.
• Exposure to Finance Transformation and Record-to-Report processes.
