Job Summary
Your new role
As Senior Global Pricing Lead you will drive pricing strategy guidance and forecast development for an
assigned therapy area or brand – from insight generation to operational execution. You'll represent the pricing
perspective in cross-functional discussions balancing access ambition with evidence compliance and business
considerations and ensuring our pricing approach is aligned with market access clinical and commercial
priorities.
Day-to-day your tasks will include:
Leading the pricing insight generation workstream for your assigned TA/brand including analysis
plans timelines and deliverable cadence across stakeholders
Driving operational pricing to maximise business opportunities including price business cases and
launch sequence decisions
Aligning pricing activities to strategy clinical profile and competitive environment in close
collaboration with Market Access Commercial NAO/IO and regional counterparts
Monitoring IRP parallel trade LoE and competitor dynamics leading scenario planning and drafting
recommendations
Providing senior-ready recommendations and updates to leadership forums including the Global
Pricing Team (GPT) governance
Identifying high-impact process improvements and implementing scalable solutions for recurring
analyses and reporting
Mentoring junior and mid-level colleagues and contributing to the functional elevation of pricing and
market access through new methodologies standards and frameworks

In Product & Portfolio Strategy we drive commercial strategy medical affairs and business development across
all therapy areas. We act as a connector and compass guiding the new Novo Nordisk portfolio for sustained
competitiveness upstream and maximising portfolio potential through successful commercial strategies and
competitive launches downstream.
Within P&PS you will join the Global Market Access & Pricing team in GBS – a globally connected group
responsible for shaping how Novo Nordisk's portfolio is priced and accessed across markets. We work at the
intersection of strategy evidence and payer insight partnering closely with regions affiliates and senior
leadership to ensure our therapies reach the patients who need them most. Expect a high-performance

Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for an experienced pricing professional who thrives in a complex global environment and enjoys
translating analysis into strategy. You'll bring with you:
A Master's degree or higher in Health Economics Public Health Pharmacy Epidemiology Biostatistics
Health Services Research or a closely related quantitative/health discipline
Approximately 7–10 years of relevant experience in pricing market access consulting or
pharmaceutical strategy roles including significant exposure to pricing strategy forecasting and
decision support
Deep expertise in pricing analytics research and insights with a strong understanding of global pricing
dynamics (MFN IRP LoE parallel trade) and the ability to integrate multiple data sources into
coherent insights
Proven strategic and analytical thinking – connecting insights to business outcomes evaluating trade-
offs and developing structured approaches in ambiguous situations
Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills with the confidence to influence cross-
functional and senior audiences in governance forums
Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end workstreams project leadership and experience mentoring
junior colleagues
Fluency in English; willingness to travel internationally up to 5%
