Junior MIS
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Collect compile and maintain project data received from site engineers contractors and consultants.
- Update daily weekly and monthly progress reports in the MIS system.
- Maintain records related to project progress manpower deployment equipment utilization and construction activities.
- Prepare dashboards charts and analytical reports using MS Excel Power BI or other reporting tools.
- Monitor project milestones and assist in tracking physical and financial progress.
- Maintain document registers correspondence records and project databases.
- Coordinate with project teams for timely submission of reports and data.
- Generate reports required by ULBs State Mission Management Unit (SMMU) PMU and other stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy completeness and consistency of project data.
- Support preparation of presentations review meeting documents and progress summaries.
- Assist in uploading and updating project information on designated government portals and project management systems.
- Maintain digital records of drawings approvals DPRs contractor submissions and quality reports.
- Support project monitoring and evaluation activities as directed by the Project Manager.
Qualifications :
Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Engineering Computer Applications Information Technology Management or equivalent discipline.
