Junior Project Manager – Business Systems

We are looking for a Junior to Mid-level Project Manager to support and drive Business Systems initiatives (Workday Salesforce internal applications) ensuring structured delivery and strong stakeholder alignment across the organization.

Location: Noida India

Hybrid

You will join a cross-functional IS project team working across all business domains: HR Finance Sales R&D Services.

You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders internal IT teams and external partners contributing to the successful delivery of key transformation initiatives.

You will operate in an international and multicultural environment requiring regular collaboration with globally distributed teams.
Fluency in English is mandatory.

Role Overview

Under the guidance of Program Manager you will contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of IS projects with a strong focus on:

Stakeholder management

Planning and organisation

Execution tracking and reporting

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Structuring & Planning

Support definition of project scope objectives and deliverables

Contribute to building and maintaining project plans timelines and milestones

Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical capabilities

1. Delivery & Execution Tracking

Track progress risks issues and dependencies

Ensure milestones and deliverables are delivered on time

Coordinate activities between internal teams and external partners

Support resolution of blockers and escalation when needed

1. Stakeholder Management

Maintain structured and proactive communication with:

Business teams (HR Finance Sales)

IS technical teams

External vendors / integrators

Facilitate meetings workshops and alignment sessions

Ensure clarity of roles expectations and decisions

1. Reporting & Governance

Prepare and maintain regular project reporting:

Status updates

Risks & issues tracking

Executive summaries

Contribute to governance rituals (steering committees project reviews)

Ensure proper documentation and traceability

1. Change & Adoption Support

Support business teams in adopting new systems and processes

Contribute to user communication documentation and training coordination

Ensure smooth transition from delivery to operations

Technical & System Landscape

You will evolve in a modern enterprise environment including:

Business Systems: Workday (HRIS) Salesforce (CRM) Finance tools

Applications & Integrations: APIs SaaS platforms system interconnections

Project tooling: Jira project planning tools reporting frameworks

Education & Experience

Masters degree (Bac4/5) in Information Systems Business Engineering or similar

Experience: Initial experience in IS project management or business analysis (significant internships or work-study programs are fully accepted).

Methodology

Basic understanding of project management approaches:

Agile (Scrum)

Waterfall / V-model

Exposure to structured project environments is a plus

Experience or exposure to Workday Salesforce or similar systems
