Job Summary
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join a leading organization in the real estate and construction sector. The ideal candidate will assist in architectural planning preparation of drawings coordination with project teams and site supervision to ensure projects are executed as per approved designs and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare architectural drawings layouts and construction documents using CAD software.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Take site measurements and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Coordinate with structural engineers MEP consultants contractors and site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Assist in project planning design development and technical detailing.
- Review drawings and recommend design improvements where required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes safety regulations and quality standards.
- Support senior architects in project execution and documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture ().
- 34 years of relevant experience in the real estate construction or architectural industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
- Good understanding of construction methods materials and building regulations.
- Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Goa.
- Knowledge of architectural detailing and project documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
