The Junior HR Executive will support the HR department in daily operations including recruitment employee records management payroll assistance statutory compliance and employee engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting screening scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance leave personal files)
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain HR documentation and reports
Coordinate with other departments for HR-related activities
Required Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word)
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
13 years of experience in HR or related field
Freshers with strong HR knowledge can also apply

Knowledge of textile dyeing and printing processes Strong coordination and follow-up skills Good communication and problem-solving ability Basic computer knowledge (Excel reporting) Attention to detail and quality focus
Required Education:
Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or related field 15 years of experience in textile processing (preferred)
