Job & Division Summary:

We are seeking an experienced JDE Project Manager with a strong background in complex JDE ERP implementations M&A and infrastructure project management. This role requires a balance of expertise in technical project management leadership and strategic business acumen.
Responsibilities

• Define project scope goals timelines milestones and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects managing dependencies and interactions between projects to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
• Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during the project cycle.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers providing guidance and support in project management principles and practices.
• Identify and manage project budget risks dependencies and critical path.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Develop and deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business administration Information Technology or a related field; Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• 5 years of direct work experience in IT project management infrastructure and applications with at least 4 years focused on JDE ERP implementations.
• Extensive knowledge of JDE ERP systems their implementation and best practices.

Core Competencies:

• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and manage complex IT projects.
• Excellent problem-solving organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Must be comfortable with directing and managing change in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in project management software tools methodologies and best practices.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:

• 25% travel
