The position offers ample opportunities to enable top performers to become very successful Recruiting Managers Account Managers and other leadership opportunities.
Candidates will be based at our Coimbatore delivery center and must be available to work night shifts (from 7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST).
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Recruiter with a strong understanding of technical roles and IT hiring strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals across various technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Team Managers and Account Managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source screen and interview candidates for Information Technology positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Ensure a positive candidates experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage job postings and advertisements on various platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends market intelligence and recruitment best practices.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to management.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours when needed to meet urgent recruitment demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter preferably in Information Technology recruitment.
- Strong understanding of Technical roles and requirements.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
